says that for the first time in six years we have an increase in the amount of people taking computer science as a major or pre major.

at the Michigan school year and 98% of schools in the state offered less than 180 days of instruction.

The report says that the state has increased the amount of instruction to 1098 hours, but dropped the amount of days a student could go to school.

The report says the schools can cancel 30 hours of classes for bad weather.

The showcase a bunch of schools that have missed over 10 days worth of classes.

To me these schools really need to make up for those classes and leave no more than five classes off the school year. I also do not like that 37.5% of schools in the state go 160-169 days a year.
