Out with a new report looking at California Teachers.

The report does show a a big time drop in the amount of teachers in the state that are underprepared since the 2000-2001 school year.

The report shows that the growth in teachers has been very small since the 2003-2004 school year.

The report shows a good sized drop in the amount of teachers preparation programs.

They also show that middle schools with the lowest performance on the CST Algebra 1 exam have teachers most likely to not have math authorization.
