along with the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education this time have a second look at Urban Teaching Residencies.

In the first report they got more detailed on the Boston and Chicago program they looked at.

The second report gets a bit more into why you need this kind of a program to get teachers into the classroom. It also talks about the role institutions of higher education can play in the development of teacher-residency programs as well.
