I do not think this will help students or the school district at all. Just way too early to do this testing.

a drop of 2,125 students for the upcoming school year and that is going to cost them millions a bucks. The state will pay the school district between 4 grand and six grand a student.

College Board Out With 2008 SAT Scores….

and they are virtually flat from last year. A record amount of students, around 1.52 million, took the exam this year though.
