has signed a deal that is going to provide clinical training for hundreds of students at the city’s 11 public hospitals. The deal with signed with a for-profit company in the Caribbeans.
Not full happy at this idea at all.

If they are not in a summer school class I say this is a no-no. If a teacher wants them to hand out a list of books they should read before the next school starts I am okay with that.

a massive jump in schools are falling behind No Child Left Behind rules and regulations due to changes in education standards. Last year around 80% met goals and this year it is around 65%.
