receiving college scholarships. The article says 36 of them got them by participating in Fayette County’s school-sponsored academic competition that culminated in the district’s Superintendent’s Cup this spring.
If this can get more kids to go to college, I say go for it.

looking at undocumented college students. One student they look at is Miguel who took 15 AP classes in high school and now he is graduating from UCLA, with a double major in English and Chicano Studies. He has a B-plus grade point average.
