that in the first quarter of 2008 the University of Tennessee endowment lost 35 million bucks.

They also report that a delay in cutting programs at the university does not mean that they will not phased out.

has now passed new rules stating that with the class of 2012 all high school students will have to pass state reading, math and writing tests, or prove they have the equivalent skills in order to get a high school diploma.

This will make Oregon the 27th state in the nation to have a high school Exit exam.
