A New Report Out Looking At Philaldephia High Schools…

shows that ninth grade teachers in the area have the highest amount of new or uncertified teachers. they also looked to see if their were shortages of teachers in high need subjects, but that was not the case. They did find a bigger gap between ninth and twelfth foreign language classes.
