The Times-Dispatch reports that this University has announced the “Brighter Future Initiative” program that will give 100 Richmond high school seniors grants up to 1,400 each year for four years. The university says that with other state and federal grants a student could attend the university for less than $900 a year. Full-scale tuition is $13,662 which does not include housing.
