Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching on how to improve the college educational system. The report says that the college curriculum must change if the USA if they want highly educated people who understand how to engage in their communities and act responsibly in the world.

I would also like to say that John Hart has it wrong when field trips are a privilege. He should have said that due to the poor economy and high gas prices are due to the students having to pay for field trips.
