is out. They want teachers top hammer home the basics such as addition and multiplication. In later grades they want to increase the focus on fractions and geometry. Those are just part of the 45 main findings and recommendations in the report.

Consortium On Chicago School Research Out….

They say only 41% of students in Chicago took the necessary steps to enroll in a four-year college. Another 9% took a different route to get into a four-year college.

They say that students who filled out the FASFA form were way more likely to go to college then students who did not fill out the form.

High schools with a bigger college going culture was good thing as well says the report.

The best part to read in this whole report are all the case studies on students.
