The #1 state this year for access is Oklahoma. Only North Carolina and Alabama meet all 10 quality Pre-K Standards. Oklahoma and a bunch of other states meet nine standards. The state of New Jersey spends the most on Pre-K kids though.

The number of public high school graduates is going to rot from 2,925,000 to 3,050,000 graduates all next decade. This is not a good thing at all.
