the top 20 colleges that have done th best in fund raising. They also say that in 2007 charitable giving to colleges grew 6.3% to almost 30 Billion bucks.

Now every NACUBO ranking 76 and above is an endowment of over 1 billion bucks. This fully shows that these top 20 schools for fund raising also have some of the highest endowments listed yet college tuition keeps going up up up.

on instructional time changes in elementary classrooms in subjects such as math and reading due to the No Child Left Behind Bill.

58% of school districts increased time in English language arts.
45% of school districts increased time in math.

Subjects getting times reduced were social studies, science art and physical education. Even lunch and recess got cuts in some school districts as well.
