in his state of the state address will propose that the whole SUNY college system have a separate endowment fund. The article state if it gets large enough it can help fight tuition increases.

The Post-Dispatch looks at this school for disadvantaged kids that have moved over to the Singapore method to teach math. The article says that in the third grade math lessons that previously consumed an entire semester last year are now understood within a month.

and lawyers representing students with disabilities are negotiating over what to do about students with disabilities and the high school exit exam. Without a change in policy all special education students in the state starting in 2008 are going to have to pass the high school exit exam or they will not get a diploma.
