the amount of money they are going to spend from the endowment in order to lower tuition prices and to further research. The university is going to spend 1.15 billion of the endowment in 2009. Full details on lower tuition prices are not out yet.

high school students in Minnesota can get 1,200 bucks towards college. Students in the program need to take one of four rigorous programs of study to get this money. Family income though has to be under 75,000.
