foreign language instruction should begin. The report showcases that most students are taking a foreign language in the 10th grade. They also showcase that Spanish is the most taken foreign language in the state.

The people behind the report recommend that students have the opportunity to have a basic level of proficiency in a foreign language by the end of eighth grade. They also would like to see students have more dual enrollment opportunities in order to get college credit.

After looking over this report I fully agree with what they have to say. Teaching a foreign language starting in the first grade level is a great thing to do.
