on cash strapped school districts that scrimp on textbooks. Teachers like Steve Losey have dipped into their own pocketbooks to pay for textbooks. The article states that in just the Livonia school district alone it will cost $375,000 for new high school algebra, biology, English and government texts.

that 208 teachers this year in the local school district have been certified as a “master teachers” by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. They have over 850 of them in the area at this point of time.

if a new bill is passed are going to be forced to learn instruction on collective bargaining and the history of unions in America.
This is only a good idea is this is part of the social studies curriculum.

have approved a 1 grand tuition hike. The university is going to use this money to lower class sizes and higher more teachers. Students at this college already pay 5,830 bucks in tuition now.
