It is not a long report, but they did look at over 70 different items.
The main things they found were that students are less satisfied on college tuition. They are more happy about registering for classes and getting financial aid. It is mainly flat for thins such as quality of advising and quality of academic instruction.

and it shows that for the 2008 year that funding by states for Pre-K is going up by 500 around 500 million bucks.
The report gets into detail with some states and they briefly look at every single state and what changes they are making to the programs they have, if they have one in place.
