the NCLB bill are out from the Washington Post and the New York Times. She says that she does not want to move from reasonable recommendations to big loopholes. She also said that passing no bill this year from on that dilutes the current bill is a good thing since the old bill stays in place until a new bill is passed.

graduation has dropped to 74.1% in the 2005-2006 school year due to a change in how that state calculates the graduation rate. For the 2004-2005 school year the graduation rate was just over 80%.
