Arkansas Is Cutting…

back testing of students to see if they are becoming obese. They used to test once a year, now it will be once every two years. In 2006 a report came out saying the amount of students obese is 37.5% down from 38.1% in 2004.

I say this is a no-no. With a proper P.E. program you can test 4 times a year.
