company that helped pioneer the private student loan business is laying off a whole bunch of workers and may shut down the whole business entirely. Lawmakers a couple weeks go started an investigation into this company on weather it has abused the tax-exempt status it has.

22 High School Students at that school in a summer program completed two weeks worth of training at various construction jobs. They all got paid at least 10 bucks an hour.
