Gateway To College Program Article….

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports on this program for high school dropouts. It allows them to get a high school diploma while getting college credits at the same time. To get into this program you have to be 16-20 years old, show that you have at least an 8th grade reading level, live in the Philadelphia area, and be out of school for at least one year.

The age limit on the high end needs to be expanded to at least 22.
