tuition by 5.8% next year. They are also announcing a new program called Western Edge to help get students to graduate on time. Students in the program must have annual advising, declare a major by the sophomore year and take advantage of campus academic support measures. The college in return will make sure they have a perfect enough of a schedule of classes in order to graduate on time.

in September is going to exam testing rules for high school students. Students in the class of 2009 have to pass four exams in order to graduate from high school. The article states that around 70% of the class of 2009 have passed the exams.
