To wind up on that list, 2.5% of its student body must have been suspended for arson, possessing a weapon or drugs, assaulting a teacher or other student, or sexual assault.

on the NCLB bill is out. They got data back from 349 school districts. 62% of the school districts say they have increased time spent on English and math instruction. 44% say they have decreased instruction time in a subject such as science, art, or social studies.

Around 9% of school districts said the school day was increased.
