more on the Camden New Jersey school district mess. The top education official for New Jersey says the state is partially to blame for the mess the school district is in, but the school district is also to blame as well.

the next university to announce a raise in tuition in Michigan. They are passing a whopping 18% increase. The article states that the average increase so far from 14 universities in the state is 11.2%.
