on English Language Learners in Fairfax Virginia taking the same exam as regular students are. Earlier this year this school district was fighting for extra time for the ELL students before they had to take this exam, but they backed down from this fight.

in Wisconsin is going to stop lax rules for the Student Achievement Guarantee in Education program. Schools districts were getting money from the program even though they did not meet classroom size rules for the program.
