The reports shows that a higher percentage of 3 and 4 year olds go to preschool in the south than other areas in the USA. The only states that require preschool for students are only in the south.
The report showcases a lot of data from other reports. One set of data shows that the most of the states in the south have the highest pre-k standards.
on the Michigan Pension problem they look at Paulette Strong who worked 102 hours for $6.50 an hour as a school aid. For her low pay job she will now get low cost medical and dental insurance until she dies worth an estimated 150 grand.
