in the third and fourth grade along with those same students in 13 other Latin American countries were given math and language exams by the UNESCO company. The UNESCO company found that the low-income students from Cuba outscored most upper-middle class students in the area.

lawmakers are pushing ahead with a plan that will charge some students more. Students getting Bright Futures scholarships will have to pay as much as 1 grand to go to college. The amount of people getting that scholarship has ballooned.
