reports that more students in college should be focusing on liberal art studies.  They talk about seven principals a student should have a college that uses that principal in practice.

TG Research Report On Texas College…

students says that an estimated 47,000 bachelors degrees are left behind each year due to the cost of the college education.  The report does say that the graduation rate of high school students that have graduated has gone up 10% from the years of 1996 to 2004.

The report gets into graduation rates for 1992 high school graduates in the state of Texas and it shows that the lower the amount in salary a family makes the fewer the amount of students who took Algebra II.  Same thing occured when they looked at the 2004 data as well.

They showcase an interesting graph that shows off an increasing amount of hours that you need to work in order to pay for college at a public university.  The graph is up to 55 hours in 2002.

in the state of New York that have been labeled as underperformers or subpar.

New York Times says 46 more schools are added to the watch list.
Buffalo News says the are has 35 schools that are subpar.
Syracuse Post-Standard says four more schools in the Oswego Area have been listed as underperformers and this article adding a couple of schools in the Syracuse Area.
