The Northwest Evaluation Association….
has a new report up on achievement gaps in the educational system. This report looked at test scores in 24 states and came to the conclusion that a achievement gap occured at every sinlge grade level for European-American vrs Black and European-American vrs Hispanic students. It even existed between low-poverty vrs high poverty schools.
