He is the principal of Jordan High School. The LA Times looks at what he has done of the past couple of years at this school.  The graduation rate is up and so are the suspensions.  He has done a lot to get rid of as much graffiti as well.

It is a great read.

of Michigan are moving closer to adding in a new exam that all 11th grade students are going to have to take.  The news exam  is going to replace the MEAP exam they regularly take. The federal government though has yet to sign off on this exam.

are taking the AP exam and passing them with higher scores.  Around 900 more students took exams and the amount of students getting a least a score of three or above has almost doubled since 2001.
