say that for the first time in eleven year the state school system as a whole scored an A on the value-added part of the annual Tennessee Report Card.  They did also said that more students are not proficient in reading and language though.

pass some new rules that would spend 65 million over the next two year in order to increase the amount of schools that will offer full day kindergarten classes.  This state does pay half the amount for a kindergarten student even if they go a full day.
