want school systems to return to districtwide class-size averaging.  The superintendent of schools in Cobb County is saying that cost to lower the class size is too much.

system needs work.  He would like to see students take three to four years of math and science to graduate from high school.

He is right and last year he even called high schools “obsolete”.

has a new report out on high schools that extend learning time. Early College High schools, a charter school, and a work study program are looked at.
