In the state of California this year are added to a list of schools that are required to make some drastic changes, But 65% of schools in California are meeting NCLB rules which is 3% better than last year.

Missouri are not meeting NCLB goals. 788 schools out of 2,097 school fell short of performance goals. Last year only 719 school failed to meet gaols.

Pennsylvania are meeting NCLB goals. 2,458 out of 3,121 met goals up from 2,330 last year.

I will say this is one the few states I have seen so far that has seen an improvement in meeting NCLB rules.

attended the Summer Success Academy in the New York City area not going to move on to the next grade level.  Around 14,000 students attended this academy. 46% of third graders, 54.4% of fifth graders, and 41.3% of seventh graders are moving on the next grade level.
