The Houston Chronicle reports that tucked inside of a property tax relief bill is a new rule stating that most high school students in the state of Texas are going to have to take 4 years of math and science to graduate from high school.

The also have a report up on the Morrisville School District that forces all high school and middle school students in sports to take a 30 minute after school homework class. Students who do not go sit out practice or ever worse sit out a game.
