the NCLB bill are out from the Washington Post and the New York Times. She says that she does not want to move from reasonable recommendations to big loopholes. She also said that passing no bill this year from on that dilutes the current bill is a good thing since the old bill stays in place until a new bill is passed.

out on the NCLB bill is out. This report looks only at the Chicago Publics School Students in the fifth through eight grade. They say that at any given point of time they have reason to believe 25,000 students in the school district are left behind.

The students in the middle made the most gain, why the people at the lowest end made no gain or had a decline in performance.
