the amount of school districts that can take part in a tutoring experiment. The experiment so far is getting more students to do tutoring. States involved in this idea are Alaska, Delaware, Indiana, North Carolina and Virginia.

saying that half of high-stakes tests given out students to meet the needs of the NCLB Bill do not even line up with state academic standards. Only 11 States from the report fully meet content standards.

The Miami Herald has an AP report saying that fewer schools in the state of Georgia met standards of the No Child Left Behind Law this year.

The New York Times reports that the Department Of Education says that methods used in testing annual progress of disabled students and students with limited English proficiency does not comply with the No Child Left Behind law for the state of New York.
