out on the NCLB bill is out. This report looks only at the Chicago Publics School Students in the fifth through eight grade. They say that at any given point of time they have reason to believe 25,000 students in the school district are left behind.
The students in the middle made the most gain, why the people at the lowest end made no gain or had a decline in performance.

in the USA are either in restructuring or are one year away. Changes that can occur for these schools include firing the principal and changing teachers.
