on teachers and rights group opposing the NCLB bill. The article states that the groups protested a pilot program idea that would allow school districts to come up with their own way to measure student progress and not use state exams.
I fully agree with all the groups on this one.

the NCLB bill are out from the Washington Post and the New York Times. She says that she does not want to move from reasonable recommendations to big loopholes. She also said that passing no bill this year from on that dilutes the current bill is a good thing since the old bill stays in place until a new bill is passed.
