The Baltimore Sun reports on the guy who created the online Common Application form for students wanting to go to college. The colleges using his service have move onto a different competing technology vendor so Joshua wants to launch a new product called the Universal College Application.

IMO it would be best if you had only one standard and every single college use that standard.
