The article says that nearly half of the teachers in the school district will need an upgrade on the college diploma they have.<\/p>\n<p>Although this looks like a nice idea, it is not a good one at all.  Even with a masters degree a teacher can still be a flop.  The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myeducationalplan.com\/?p=6437\">NCTQ<\/a> had a report out this year where around 50% of schools failed in properly teaching mathematics instruction to potential teachers.
