The report says their guess on of the cost of going to college over the next decade and looks at the impact that the 2008-2009 budget cuts are going to have on the system.<\/p>\n<p>In the first table they say that the students&#8217; share of college costs have gone up big time for California State University Students and University Of California students from the years of 1998-99 to 2007-2008.  Massive fee increases are apart of the increase.<\/p>\n<p>The report does say if the budget cuts get put into place that 27,000 students as a whole will not be able to go a college or university in California due to the lack of funds from the state. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>with a report looking at California Colleges.
