One teacher looked at in the article is Randolph Chancy who also works as a lab technician. <\/p>\n<p>Included with the report is a bit of audio to listen as well.  The audio report includes comments from Randolph.  The US Department of Education says that over 16% of teachers have a second job during the school year according to the audio report.<\/p>\n<p>They also have a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.miamiherald.com\/news\/miami_dade\/story\/415627.html\" title=\"Miami Herald\">secondary article<\/a> with other teachers and what other jobs they do.<\/p>\n<p>This is a complete no-no and should not have to take place.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>having to do two jobs in order to make end meat.
