The report showcases that most students are taking a foreign language in the 10th grade.  They also showcase that Spanish is the most taken foreign language in the state.<\/p>\n<p>The people behind the report recommend that students have the opportunity to have a basic level of proficiency in a foreign language by the end of eighth grade.  They also would like to see students have more dual enrollment opportunities in order to get college credit.<\/p>\n<p>After looking over this report I fully agree with what they have to say.
