Families with incomes under 120 grand will see contributions chunked by over 50% and Families with incomes in the 120-180 grand area will see contribution lowered by at least 33%.<\/p>\n<p>The article states these examples:<\/p>\n<p>A family with income of 90 grand would contribute almost 3 grand under the new policy, down from around 12,500 bucks under the old policy.
