The report says that a high school dropout is over three times as likely to get arrested and eighth times more likely to go to jail than a high school graduate.<\/p>\n<p>The report says that 22,864 students would not get picked up on aggravated assault charges if the high school graduation rate was increased by 10 percentage points.
