The report also looked at other countries and the same exact thing is occurring as well.<\/p>\n<p>44% of women in all races have an out-of-wedlock birth before the age of thirty.  Blacks have the highest percentage at 77%.  Over half of all out-of-wedlock births occur to women who have a high school diploma, GED, or less education.<\/p>\n<p>When it came to Language difference at age 4 the professional family an estimated 50 million words have been addressed to the child. The working-class family had around 30 million and the welfare family had around 15 million. <\/p>\n<p>At the highest social economic level 62% of parents red to them each day versus 36% for the lowest level.<\/p>\n<p>The report says the lower you are on the economic scale the lower end the day care is going to be.<\/p>\n<p>This is one great report to read. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>that achievement gaps in students start even before school starts.
