You know my plan dumps these exams for students.<\/p>\n<p>Idea three says that ultra selective colleges say that their admissions processes are often irrational and that getting accepted is akin to winning a lottery.  Put this at the front and at the end of the college application.<\/p>\n<p>Idea four states that colleges that reject over 75% of students state how many were in the admissible range.  Great idea showcasing more of the admissions practice to parents and students.<\/p>\n<p>Idea six says treat a college visit like a trip to a theme park.  Making a trip boring by writing down lots of notes is a bad thing.<\/p>\n<p>Idea seven says let colleges post profiles of students who are slam-dunk admits, average admits and borderline admits.  That should make it much easier for college students to choose a college that is right for them.<\/p>\n<p>Idea eight says that colleges should list how many students admitted were legacies and recruited athletes.
