They recommend that that African-American boys get their own distinct category, extend the school day and year for schools in distressed communities, and get more African-American male teachers to serve as role models.  I can agree to to those terms.<\/p>\n<p>They report stats saying that for every 100 black students that enter the 9th grade in a Cleveland Ohio High school 47 of them will graduate from high school, but only 4 students will wind up with a college degree in six years.<\/p>\n<p>The reports gets into social problems students have.  This problem also has to be fixed in order to get better grades and better graduation rates out of these students.<\/p>\n<p>I found this report to be nice read.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>on blacks in Ohio.
