People that took part in the experiment were set into three groups. <\/p>\n<p>In the 10,000 plus people that got direct help from H&#038;R Block to help fill out the FAFSA form almost 70% of them sent in a finalized FAFSA forms to the government. At the H&#038;R block it took around 10 minutes to complete the form.
